Your Coach is Your Co-Pilot

I like to think of coaching as a partnership where we go on a journey together. I get to act as co-pilot, while you pinpoint the destination, you also outline the route taken, and you even define the reason to make the journey. As co-pilot I act as a primary support person and co-navigator. I am map keeper and vision keeper to compassionately hold that space for you to venture somewhere that may be new and uncharted territory for you. I stay mindful of the course you've chosen and the reason you want to make the journey. I hold confidence in you and for you, I remind you where to refuel when necessary, and I provide the accountability you need to get back on course if you are taken in by a roadside attraction.

This deep dive into your values, strengths, motivators, and support systems will help you to clarify not only what you want, but why you want it, and how you are going to get there. In addition to a clear vision, coaching often includes a variety of different assessments during the discovery and visioning phases. The coaching relationship operates from a basis of accountability to support you in your connection to your dream by aligning it with relevant 3 month plans and weekly goal setting.
